for kkff Platform Use

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout all sections:

• "Account" means the personal player account created on the kkff platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's kkff account wallet at any given time, excluding any pending bonus amounts that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cashable incentives awarded to a player subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for all transactions on the kkff platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, crash game, or sports betting market available on the kkff platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required under these Terms before any withdrawal is processed.
• "Platform" means the kkff website, mobile interface, and all associated software, tools, and services accessible at https://kkff.vu.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing, using, or participating in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on the kkff platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkff strictly prohibits access to individuals under the age of 21. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register as players.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from any kkff account or currently under a cooling-off period initiated through the responsible gaming tools.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address.

Only one account per person, household address, shared computer, or shared IP address is permitted. kkff employs sophisticated duplicate account detection technology. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest registered account will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses will be voided without recourse.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your kkff account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. kkff strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account settings panel.

• You must never share your password with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to be kkff representatives.
• You must notify kkff immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• kkff will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address remains active and accessible. Account notifications, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations are sent to this address.
• You must keep your personal account information current and accurate. Outdated or incorrect information that causes a failed withdrawal is not the responsibility of kkff.

kkff accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices or has voluntarily shared their credentials with a third party.

In accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering best practices, kkff requires all players to complete a KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. kkff may also request KYC documents at any point during a player's account lifetime, including before processing large deposits or in response to unusual account activity.

The standard KYC documents required are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour copy of a government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past 90 days showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

kkff aims to complete the KYC review within one business day of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. If the documents provided are insufficient, unclear, or suspected to be fraudulent, kkff may request additional documentation or escalate the matter to relevant authorities.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkff platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the kkff platform, whether personally or through the use of third parties, aliases, or proxy services.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documents during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with standard human play.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, live dealer tables, or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a verified error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the kkff platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after placing wagers on the platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask true identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kkff staff members or other players through any communication channel.

All monetary transactions on the kkff platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkff does not process transactions in foreign currencies; any foreign-currency payment will be declined at the payment gateway level.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the payment method limit and any responsible gaming deposit cap set by the player.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the player wallet within seconds under normal network conditions.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in the player wallet pending bank authorisation.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified kkff account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours once all conditions are met.
• kkff does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

kkff offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and maximum cashout limits. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Funds that are separate from real-money balance and must meet wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one active welcome bonus per player is permitted. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times across duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• kkff reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Cashback bonuses, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards are subject to separate terms communicated to eligible players at the time of award.

kkff reviews all promotional activities regularly and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any ongoing promotion by providing at least 48 hours' notice to affected players via their registered email address, except where the promotion must be terminated immediately due to technical errors or fraudulent activity.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the kkff platform, you agree to the following rules governing play:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement, except where a specific cashout feature is available for that market and is explicitly used by the player before settlement.
• All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators. Results are generated randomly and cannot be influenced by kkff, the player, or any third party.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live session, kkff reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. No winnings will be paid out for voided rounds.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). kkff reserves the right to void markets where the outcome is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or other irregularities.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time for safety, integrity, or technical reasons. Bets placed before a suspension are not automatically voided; they will be settled against the final official result.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual games and will be clearly indicated on the relevant game or market page. kkff will not pay winnings in excess of the published maximum win for any single session or bet.

kkff strives to ensure that all game rules are clearly communicated within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules, paytables, and RTP information provided for each game before staking real BDT.

All content on the kkff platform — including but not limited to the kkff brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, software code, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkff or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkff platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from kkff.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the kkff platform.
• Use any kkff branding, logo, or trademark in any external communication, website, or marketing material without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of kkff intellectual property will be treated as infringement and may result in legal action. Game content, including graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and is subject to their own IP terms.

kkff collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the kkff Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document. • The platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure basis at all times.

Where kkff is found liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the total aggregate liability of kkff to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkff account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

kkff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kkff will provide notice to all registered players via their registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The current version of the Terms will always be accessible via the footer link on the kkff website. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the kkff platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request to [email protected] before the amended Terms take effect. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and wagering conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the kkff platform's operating jurisdiction. Players access the kkff platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and kkff that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the internal complaints process described in Section 16 shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. Both parties waive the right to pursue class-action litigation or to have disputes decided by a jury trial.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
